Porada’s well-defined identity has grown from many years of experience in manufacturing sublime wooden products, with excellent design details. From craftsmen who can turn a log into an artwork, Porada brings you a passion for quality.
Established in 1968 by Luigi Allievi, Porada has grown to have a well-known identity that means refined products. With elegance and evolved taste going hand-in-hand, Porada brings you pieces such as the Ara Easy chair and the Origami coffee table to add simplistic beauty into your home.
In 2015 Porada introduced three stunning designs in to their already prolific range. The first is the Carlo Ballabio designed Webby bench, available in three sizes and with a range of distinctive fabrics to give that colour pop, and perfectly reflecting the Porada design ethos. The Bilbo bookcase, which was the work of Tarcisio Colzani, embodies the style of Porada. There is remarkable attention to detail and yet the overall design appears very simple; the hallmark of what Porada is renowned for globally.
Porada introduced their 2014 collection at Salone del Mobile (iSaloni), displaying the beautiful Wings Coffee table, designed by Stefano Bigi. The Wings coffee table incorporates a glass tabletop which displays the organic base elements of five interlocking wings.
Stefano Bigi has previously designed the classic Infinity table for Porada, which is available in solid canaletta walnut or ash, sleekly dividing the metal base and the glass top. This piece now comes in a myriad of sizes and finishes.
